Mission

Building a future where effective management is the norm

Management, like coffee*, is done by people, for the people. It is a combination of ingredients, knowledge and art. It should be carefully selected, skillfully brewed, served daily and enjoyed in small portions. It should uplift and support us through our day. We should look forward to it.

Sadly, we are not.

So, I'm on a mission to change this for the better, by helping managers and leaders become better brewers and suppliers of management. My goal is to match each and every of my clients with the perfect solution that fits their needs and budgets. I aim to share my art and knowledge, and together do some work that matters.

The kind of work that could potentially:

  • minimize pain in workplaces and live in a world where management is not something that makes people stressed, disengaged, or depressed.

  • help companies benefit from great role-model managers that work relentlessly towards achieving company goals, rather than having to compromise and settle on the second-best option.

  • recognize, label, and filter out the online management noise, while becoming better managers and human beings.

Real change begins with those brave enough to question the status quo.
If you are one of those, bring me into your story and together we can make a difference.

Let's build a future where effective management is the norm. One manager at a time.

Brewing a great cup of management

(*) I came to realize that great management, like great coffee, is an art:

  1. It’s rare. You only find it in a handful of organizations (or shops). Everywhere else, what you get is stale, watered-down, or pure sludge.

  2. Its quality shapes your satisfaction. Done well, it’s tailored to each person and situation. It comes in different sizes and flavors, yet it’s never stale: always freshly “brewed” by a thoughtful manager (your barista).

  3. It makes the whole experience worthwhile. On one side, it fuels you with energy, clarity, motivation, confidence, and focus. On the other, it creates a space you actually want to be in: positive and engaging, infused with empathy, belonging, and trust. Ultimately, it just makes you feel good.

When any of these qualities are missing, management stops fueling people and starts draining them instead.
Then, just like with bad coffee: you simply walk away.
